It is during these challenging times that a trusting relationship with a counselor can give the dynamic support, to sort through our thoughts, feelings, and patterns of behavior.
I utilize an integrated theoretical approach blending Jungian and Psychodynamic theories, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, somatic work, neurophysiology and Brainspotting work.
