Adults, Youth, and Family

My work with individuals, adolescents, and families has grown and developed over 30 years of engaging in a variety of settings from residential mental health treatment with both youth and adults aged 8 to 80, to wilderness expeditionary treatment programs, outpatient support programs,  on Street Medicine Teams, in shelter care, and individual as well as group family therapy sessions. 

I have built my expertise with clients and families working through wide and varied mental health challenges.

I seek to support my clients as they explore the beliefs, thoughts, actions,  and dynamics that weave with their current living experiences.  I strive to support my clients emotional journey as they  move toward optimal health, and create balance and wellness in their lives.
